Position: RPA Developer

Job Summary: We are currently seeking highly skilled RPA Developers with expertise in Power Automate to join our team at IBM. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and testing integrated Power Automate workflows to automate business processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RPA products and technologies and have the ability to assess business processes to determine their suitability for automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate client business processes to identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate.
• Design, develop, implement, and test Power Automate workflows to automate identified processes efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and define automation objectives.
• Create technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, system architecture, and user manuals, to support the implementation and maintenance of Power Automate solutions.
• Conduct playback, demo, and UAT sessions independently with client teams to showcase the functionality and benefits of the implemented automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate workflows, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the RPA development team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies, including Power Automate, and apply them to enhance existing automation solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies, with hands-on experience in Power Automate.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and testing RPA solutions using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Proficiency in developing workflows, configuring connectors, and integrating applications within Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to assess them for automation potential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in conducting playback, demo, and UAT sessions to showcase automation solutions to clients.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management principles.
• Certifications in RPA technologies, such as Microsoft Power Automate, are a plus.
