Position: ETL Testing with Selenium/Robot Experience: 6+ years

Mode: Hybrid

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough ETL testing with a focus on Data Warehouse Testing (DWT) and ETL processes.
2. Utilize SQL skills to analyze data, write complex queries, and validate data transformations.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in automation using Selenium or Robot frameworks.
4. Independently handle testing tasks and collaborate effectively with the development team.
5. Work in an Agile delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
6. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
7. Identify and log defects in the appropriate defect tracking tools, and work with the development team to resolve them.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ETL testing and test automation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL Testing with strong skills in Data Warehouse Testing (DWT).
2. Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and validation.
3. Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium or Robot frameworks.
4. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
5. Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes and experience working in Agile teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Experience with defect tracking tools and familiarity with the defect management process.
9. Experience with hybrid working models (remote and in-office) is a plus.
10. Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles is preferred.
