Position: Test Data Management (TDM)

Location: Kolkata

Job Description: As a Test Data Management (TDM) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of test data required for functional, automation, and performance testing. Your role will involve collaborating with the bank’s operations team to collect and organize test data for various testing scenarios, including SIT, UAT, automation, and performance testing. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop strategies, and execute test data management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert and specialist in Test Data Management with 3-5 years of Test Management/Test Lead experience.
• Function independently and provide consultation and recommendations on test data management strategies and plans.
• Anticipate test data requirements for functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the bank’s operations team to gather and collate test data for different testing scenarios.
• Utilize TDM techniques and tools to ensure the availability and quality of test data.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Zephyr for managing and tracking test data-related activities.
• Maintain documentation related to test data management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test data management practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of TDM techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in anticipating test data requirements for different types of testing.
• Experience collaborating with operations teams to collect and organize test data.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Zephyr for test management and tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
