As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking an experienced Software Tester with Health Insurance Domain expertise to join our team in Pune.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with expertise in Health Insurance Domain, specifically in claims and underwriting modules, to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in the entire Functional Testing Life-cycle, implementing testing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in the Health Insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire Functional Testing Life-cycle and perform all relevant roles effectively.
• Implement testing strategies and develop comprehensive test plans, including manual and automation testing approaches.
• Demonstrate expertise in the Health Insurance domain, with specific knowledge in claims and underwriting modules.
• Leverage your strong Insurance Domain knowledge in health, including experience with Line of Business such as Term, Endowment, and Health.
• Manage teams and effectively engage with clients as a front-end representative while also contributing as an individual tester.
• Generate and present project-level reports and presentations to middle and higher management on a daily and monthly basis.
• Implement automation frameworks and work on automation projects, leveraging your automation experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct impact analysis to identify potential risks and devise suitable testing strategies.
• Utilize strong logical thinking to identify complex scenarios and devise effective testing approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience as a Software Tester, with specific domain expertise in Health Insurance.
• Proven experience in implementing testing strategies and test planning, including manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of the Health Insurance domain, with specific experience in claims and underwriting modules. Experience with Indian clients is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Domain knowledge, particularly in health insurance (Term, Endowment, Health).
• Proven track record in team management and front-end client interaction, coupled with individual contributor skills.
• Experience in project-level reporting, including daily and monthly reports and presentations to middle and higher management.
• Experience in implementing automation frameworks and working on automation projects is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in conducting impact analysis and possessing strong logical thinking abilities.
• Candidates with Health Care experience are not suitable for this role.
