Position: Manual Testing Expert

Locations: Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore

As part of our growth plans, we are seeking experienced Manual Testing Experts to join our teams in Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, and Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end manual testing activities to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Execute test cases, record test results, and identify and report software defects in a timely manner.
• Work with QA leads and project managers to plan and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and objectives.
• Use tools such as Soap UI, Postman, and Groovy Scripting to perform API testing and automate test scripts.
• Continuously enhance and optimize manual testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, providing support and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manual testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong expertise in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Soap UI, Postman, and Groovy Scripting for API testing.
• Extensive experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using defect management tools.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days.
