Position: Senior Quality Engineer (Manual+Automation)

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure the highest quality of our fintech software solutions.
• Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct thorough testing of financial services applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in testing best practices and technical skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality engineering and fintech.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong technical skills in testing methodologies, test automation, and software development practices.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium.
• In-depth understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
