Position: Senior QA Engineer – Manual Testing

Lumin Soft, a leading software development company, is currently offering a job opportunity for a Senior QA Engineer with a focus on Manual Testing. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in software testing. Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and define testing strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing to identify defects and ensure proper functionality.
• Document and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide feedback on product usability, performance, and overall quality.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and executing comprehensive test cases.
• Experience in functional, regression, and system testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools for effective defect management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
