Position: QA (Workday)

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad and Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid (mix of remote and onsite work)

Position Overview: As a QA (Workday), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Workday solutions. You will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to coordinate testing activities and provide valuable insights. Your ability to mentor junior team members, resolve issues, and acquire an excellent knowledge of the healthcare business domain will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Key Result Areas:

• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Liaise with global business, support, and development teams to facilitate communication and understanding.
• Acquire an excellent knowledge of the healthcare business domain to enhance the testing process.
• Mentor junior team members, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions.

Technology Skills for QA: Must-Have:

• Validate existing Workday integrations and enhancements.
• Experience in at least 2-3 Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including regression and smoke testing.
• Knowledge of JIRA for test management.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and report progress to managers.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in performance testing.
• Knowledge of web service testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of TOSCA.

Management Skills:

• Positive attitude and quick learner.
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to improve processes.
• Strong team player.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
