Job Description: We are looking for a passionate QA Lead to join our dynamic team at iServeU. As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your expertise in quality assurance processes, team management, and strong technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team and provide guidance to team members.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct system and integration testing to verify the functionality and performance of the software.
• Create and execute test scripts, test scenarios, and test data sets.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Monitor and improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA.
• Provide regular reports on test execution progress, test coverage, and quality metrics.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software testing.
• Strong experience in manual testing and familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing a QA team.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of software testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
