Job Description: We are looking for a passionate QA Lead to join our team at Accops Systems Pvt. Ltd. As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for leading the QA team, designing and implementing test strategies, and ensuring adherence to QA processes. If you have 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing, strong computer networking skills, virtualization skills, and a good understanding of QA processes, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team and provide guidance to team members.
• Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct system administration tasks related to testing environments.
• Utilize virtualization skills to create and manage testing environments.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test execution progress and test coverage.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong manual testing skills and experience.
• Strong computer networking skills.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
• System administration experience.
• Good understanding of QA processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
