Positions: Fresh Grad QA Engineer, Automation Engineer, Test Lead

Location: Jaipur/Gurgaon

1.Fresh Grad QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the QA team to learn and understand the software testing processes and methodologies.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of manual test cases to validate the functionality and quality of software applications.
  • Participate in test plan preparation, test case design, and test execution activities.
  • Document and track defects using a bug tracking system, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions of issues.
  • Support the QA team in test result analysis and reporting.
  • Learn to use and explore various testing tools and technologies employed within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination during the testing process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for software quality and a strong desire to start a career in the field of QA.
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Automation Engineer – 2 to 4 Years of Experience

2.Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify suitable test cases for automation.
  • Execute and analyze automated test results, troubleshoot issues, and report defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on test automation goals and objectives.
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities.
  • Collaborate with manual testers to ensure seamless integration of automated tests with manual testing efforts.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancement.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#, for test automation scripting.
  • Experience with version control systems, defect tracking tools, and test management tools.
  • Good knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

3.Test Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the testing activities for multiple projects, including test planning, test case design, and execution.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define test objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the QA team members, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Coordinate and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task assignments.
  • Review and analyze test results, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Drive the adoption of automation testing techniques and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects and alignment on quality goals.
  • Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  • Act as a point of contact for testing-related discussions and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test lead or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in test planning, test case design, and execution across various testing phases.
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in leading and managing testing efforts for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
