Job Overview: As a Tester at Mansa Infotech Pvt Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include creating tests to identify software problems, analyzing bugs and errors, documenting test results, and recommending improvements to enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the software development team, conduct research on competitor products, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute tests to identify software problems, including functional and usability testing.
• Expertise in manual testing, including web and mobile testing.
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests and provide detailed reports to the development team.
• Document test results, including issues and their severity, for further analysis and resolution.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
• Work together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs.
• Conduct research and compare competitor products to stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1.6 to 2.6 years of experience in manual testing.
• Expertise in manual testing, including web and mobile testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and document software defects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
