Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing activities on Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test cases.
• Automate test scenarios using tools such as Karate for efficient and effective testing.
• Execute and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform database testing by establishing and verifying database connections.
• Conduct UI automation testing to validate the user interface of Salesforce applications.
• Identify and document defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of requirements and align testing activities accordingly.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing and QA.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its features.
• Experience in automation testing, specifically using tools like Karate.
• Proficiency in establishing and verifying database connections for testing purposes.
• Familiarity with UI automation testing techniques.
• Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
