Position: Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify and document defects and issues, working closely with the development team for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide testing support.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide testing updates.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing methodologies.
• Provide timely and accurate test status reports to project leads and managers.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Experience in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems.
