We are specifically looking for talented Manual QA professionals to join our team. If you have 2-3 years of experience in manual QA testing, possess excellent communication skills, and are a critical thinker with expertise in test case documentation, functional & regression testing, Jira, TestRail, and Mobile App Testing, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test case documentation to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Conduct functional and regression testing to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with the software specifications.
• Execute test cases and document test results, clearly articulating the issues discovered.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and TestRail to track and manage defects and testing progress.
• Perform mobile app testing to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed information to assist with bug resolution.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and escalate any critical issues to the project management team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Solid understanding of test case documentation and the ability to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and report defects effectively.
• Proficiency in functional and regression testing techniques.
• Familiarity with Jira and TestRail for defect tracking and test management.
• Experience in mobile app testing across various devices and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
