Position: Manual QA Developer

Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to identify software defects, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of our products.
• Execute test cases and report test results, clearly documenting defects and providing detailed steps to reproduce them.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects, validating fixes, and performing regression testing to ensure overall product stability.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues, usability problems, and areas for improvement in the user experience.
• Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of the software.
• Continuously improve the QA process by suggesting and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of the QA team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual QA Developer or similar role, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, isolate, and reproduce software defects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and the ability to provide clear and concise defect reports.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for quality and a drive to continuously learn and improve testing processes and techniques.
