Position: Jr. Test Engineer

Location: Pune

As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Jr. Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Required Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Testing.
• Mandatory experience in working with Azure Board.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on project requirements and design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure Board or other appropriate tools.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide status updates on testing activities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications after changes or enhancements.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team for issue resolution.
• Follow established testing processes and standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools.
