Delhivery is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, and we are currently hiring freshers for the position of Quality Assurance Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in the field of quality assurance within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance Intern at Delhivery, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications.
2. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, usability issues, and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
4. Execute functional, regression, and integration tests to validate software functionality and ensure it meets quality standards.
5. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
6. Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback to enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, including test methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
8. Generate test reports and communicate test results to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues identified during testing.
9. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in quality assurance and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Graduation or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
3. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
4. Familiarity with manual testing techniques and processes.
5. Basic knowledge of programming languages and experience with SQL.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
9. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and acquiring new skills.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time internship position with a tenure of 6 months.
• The internship is located in Bangalore, and only immediate joiners will be considered.
