Spruce InfoTech, Inc, an MNC based in Pune, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced TOSCA Automation Testing Engineer to join our team. As a TOSCA Automation Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in testing ServiceNow modules and automating ITSM processes using TOSCA Automation tool. This is a contract-to-hire role and requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ITSM, ServiceNow, TOSCA Automation, and JavaScript. Responsibilities:

1. Test and validate ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Service Request, Change Request, Problem Management, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.
2. Use TOSCA Automation tool to automate ITSM modules and streamline the testing process.
3. Develop and maintain TOSCA scripts using JavaScript for automation purposes.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and ITSM tool administrators, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
5. Utilize project management tools such as ServiceNow to track and manage testing activities.
6. Work in an Agile team within a software product development environment, following Agile methodologies and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
7. Demonstrate excellent team and change management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
8. Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
9. Prepare test execution reports, daily summary reports, and weekly summary reports to provide visibility into testing progress and results.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to automation testing and ITSM processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ITSM tool ServiceNow, specifically dealing with ITIL processes.
2. Experience in testing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Service Request, Change Request, Problem Management, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.
3. Hands-on experience in TOSCA Automation tool for automating ITSM modules.
4. Proficiency in JavaScript for developing and maintaining TOSCA scripts.
5. Familiarity with project management tools such as ServiceNow.
6. Experience working in an Agile team within a software product development environment.
7. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
8. Excellent team and change management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
