Position: CRM QA (Customer Relationship Management Quality Assurance)

Location: Bangalore, India

Notice Period: The ideal candidate should have a notice period of 15 to 30 days.

TEKsystems, a leading global provider of IT staffing and services, is currently hiring for the position of CRM QA. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid) and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering high-quality CRM solutions. This role requires strong expertise in CRM platforms such as MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) or Salesforce, along with automation testing skills using Java and Selenium.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end testing of CRM applications to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of CRM systems.
  • CRM Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of CRM platforms, specifically MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) and Salesforce. Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Utilize your knowledge of CRM workflows, business processes, and data structures to design and execute tests that cover all relevant scenarios.
  • Automation Testing: Utilize Java and Selenium to develop and maintain automated test scripts for CRM applications. Identify opportunities for test automation and implement robust automation frameworks to streamline the testing process. Continuously enhance and optimize automation scripts for better coverage and reliability.
  • Defect Management: Document, track, and manage defects identified during the testing process. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of defects. Provide detailed defect reports and assist in root cause analysis to improve overall system quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities. Actively participate in project meetings, providing input and suggestions for process improvements. Communicate test progress, results, and any potential risks to project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CRM testing, with a focus on MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) or Salesforce. Proven track record in successfully delivering high-quality CRM projects.
  • Automation Testing: Strong experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium. Proficient in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Knowledge of other automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM (365 version) or Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Familiarity with CRM workflows, business processes, and data structures. Experience with other CRM platforms will be considered.
  • Testing Methodologies: Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify, document, and track defects. Ability to perform root cause analysis and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CRM or software testing are desirable.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering quality results.
