Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Testing Manager to join our team at Hadiytechnologies. As a Testing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities, both automated and manual, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in testing methodologies, including automation and manual testing. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and methodologies.
• Oversee both automated and manual testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the testing process is integrated smoothly into the development lifecycle.
• Track and monitor test plans, test cases, dashboards, and other testing artifacts.
• Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure the testing team adheres to established standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the scope of testing.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Good to have experience in the healthcare domain and manual testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing, including both automated and manual testing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in both automated and manual testing.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain and manual testing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work mode (remote and office-based).
