Position: Test Engineer (Manual) – Junior, Senior & Lead

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand software requirements and create effective test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases and document test results, identifying and reporting any defects or issues found during testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate test findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the review and analysis of requirements and specifications to ensure testability and completeness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

Junior Test Engineer:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Proficiency in testing one of the following modules: Backbase Netbanking Module, Novopay DDP Module, OBPLCM Module, Finag Module, Cattle Finance Module, Setu Module, CRM Next Module.

Senior Test Engineer:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Proficiency in testing one of the following modules: MB Rewrite Module, NB Rewrite Module, Backbase Mobility Module, PWS Module, Posidex Module, CLO – Manual Module, SME Module, Setu Module, CRM Next Module.

Test Lead:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Proficiency in testing one of the following modules: Robotics Process Automation Module, Novapay DDP Module, CLO – Manual Module.
