Position: Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary: ZealousWeb Technologies, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
• Design and execute test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications.
• Perform manual testing to identify software defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software releases.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather feedback and ensure that the software meets the requirements of end-users.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure the overall quality of the software.
• Identify and document software defects using bug tracking tools, and collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of software testing.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and escalate any issues or concerns to the project lead.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
