This position is based in Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Banking platforms like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for Core Banking systems.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of the banking applications.
• Validate the system’s compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Utilize Core Banking platforms like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs to perform testing activities.
• Participate in requirement analysis and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report software defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for issue resolution.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance processes and frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Core Banking systems and quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong expertise in Core Banking systems such as Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
