Position: Senior QA

QualityKiosk is a leading software quality assurance and testing company, and we are currently seeking a Senior QA professional with expertise in Core Banking systems. This position is based in Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Banking platforms like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for Core Banking systems.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of the banking applications.
- Validate the system’s compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Utilize Core Banking platforms like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs to perform testing activities.
- Participate in requirement analysis and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report software defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for issue resolution.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance processes and frameworks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Core Banking systems and quality assurance practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong expertise in Core Banking systems such as Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or TCSBancs.
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
