We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Tester to join our team. With a focus on performance testing and analysis, this role requires expertise in tools such as Jmeter, strong scripting skills, and the ability to interpret and suggest improvements based on performance test reports.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in performance testing using Jmeter, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing.
• Interpret and explain performance test reports, identifying areas for improvement in performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Java, Groovy, or BeanShell scripting languages.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) for test execution and performance analysis.
• Experience in setting up mocks to simulate real-world scenarios during performance testing.
• Conduct webservices/API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with GIT/Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
• Experience in functional automation testing using JUnit is an added benefit.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and close activities effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and performance goals.
• Execute performance tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize system performance based on performance test findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
• Expertise in using Jmeter for performance testing.
• Strong scripting skills using Java, Groovy, or BeanShell.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins and GCP for test execution and analysis.
• Experience in setting up mocks for simulating real-world scenarios.
