Job Summary: We are a leading product company seeking a talented and motivated SAP SD Tester to join our team in Chennai. As an SAP SD Tester, you will work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure leads to ensure the quality and functionality of our SAP SD module. You will be responsible for reporting requirement gaps, building requirements traceability matrices, and developing end-to-end automated test scripts using Worksoft. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our product through functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as defect triaging and regression testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure leads to report requirement gaps and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Build Requirements Traceability Matrix (End-to-End Test Matrix) to ensure alignment between business requirements and test cases.
• Develop end-to-end automated test scripts using Worksoft, focusing on Lennox Oriented customization.
• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of SAP SD module.
• Report and triage defects using a Test Management Tool such as VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services).
• Execute automated regression scripts using the Worksoft Certify tool.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP SD with other modules and systems.
• Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and suggest improvements in test processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SD testing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Provide status updates and reports on testing progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP SD testing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and its integration with other modules.
• Experience in developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools like Worksoft.
• Knowledge of Lennox Oriented customization is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as VSTS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus.
