As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute test cases and scenarios with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate capture of results.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and participate in test planning activities.
• Write clear and concise test cases and file explanatory bug reports for identified issues.
• Work closely with the development team to investigate, debug, and resolve issues, providing valuable insights for product enhancement.
• Adhere to the defined testing processes and workflows to minimize bug leakage and ensure a smooth testing cycle.
• Conduct both manual and automation testing to validate software functionality and performance.

Essentials to Have:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in conducting end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with the Windows Networking domain, including protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Good to have – Networking certification like CCNA, demonstrating a solid understanding of networking principles.
• Hands-on experience in technical support will be considered an added advantage, showcasing your expertise in assisting customers and resolving technical issues.
