Position: QA / Manual Testing / Software Tester
Job Description: As a QA / Manual Testing / Software Tester at mplussoft, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. You will be responsible for executing manual testing procedures, identifying defects, and ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing procedures to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and validate software functionality.
- Report and track software defects, ensuring their resolution, and perform regression testing as necessary.
- Document and maintain detailed test documentation, including test results, test logs, and test data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in QA / Manual Testing / Software Testing roles.
- Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
