Job Description:

Togwe Private Limited is currently seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quality Analyst with 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, preparing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and documenting bugs and issues. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot post-release issues promptly. We are looking for individuals with hands-on knowledge of JMeter, experience in Load Testing and Performance Testing, as well as expertise in mobile application testing, including mobile automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Requirement Review: Review software requirements and collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.
Test Scenario Preparation: Prepare comprehensive test scenarios that cover various aspects of software functionality, usability, and performance.
Test Result Analysis: Analyze test results to identify database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues. Provide detailed reports and recommendations.
Bug Documentation: Document and track bugs and issues, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions for efficient resolution.
Post-Release Support: Quickly address and resolve post-release issues to minimize disruptions and enhance user experience.
Load Testing and Performance Testing: Leverage hands-on knowledge of JMeter to conduct Load Testing and Performance Testing, ensuring the software can handle expected loads and perform optimally.
Mobile Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to verify functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
Mobile Automation Testing: Utilize your experience in mobile automation testing to streamline and automate testing processes.
