Position: QA Manual Tester

Job Description: As a QA Manual Tester at Cogniter Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and functionality of our web and mobile applications. Your meticulous approach to testing and your ability to identify defects will be vital in maintaining the high standards we set for our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop and execute comprehensive test cases, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and validate software functionality.
• Report and track software defects, ensuring their resolution, and perform regression testing as necessary.
• Document and maintain detailed test documentation, including test results, test logs, and test data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
