OneBCG is currently seeking a skilled QA Manual Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in manual testing and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the software application.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project specifications.
  • Conduct manual testing to identify defects, bugs, and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test strategy discussions.
  • Document test results, defects, and test artifacts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
