a. QA Manual | 2-4 Years
OneBCG is currently seeking a skilled QA Manual Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in manual testing and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the software application.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project specifications.
- Conduct manual testing to identify defects, bugs, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test strategy discussions.
- Document test results, defects, and test artifacts in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
b. Intern QA | Freshers
