Position: QA Engineer

Company Overview: INNOPAD SOLUTIONS is a leading technology company specializing in providing innovative software solutions. As part of our expansion plans, we have multiple job openings for college graduates (Masters) in our company. We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and software testing. The hiring process will commence from July 1st, 2023, until September 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in test plan reviews, defect triage meetings, and daily stand-ups to provide valuable insights and contribute to process improvements.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- College graduate with a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, software testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience in using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
