Position: Project Manager (Manual + Automation Testing)

Location: Dehradun (Work from office)

Job Description: As a Project Manager (Manual + Automation Testing) at Infomo, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing software testing projects. Your primary focus will be on both manual and automation testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, develop test strategies, and execute test plans. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee software testing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure effective testing coverage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA testers, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Implement manual and automation testing methodologies to verify the functionality and reliability of software applications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues identified during testing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adoption of best practices in testing processes.
• Mentor and guide junior testing professionals, providing support and guidance in their career development.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering software testing projects.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in defining test strategies, developing test plans, and executing test cases.
• Expertise in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
