Position: Manual+Automation Tester

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Conduct automation testing using Java and Selenium.
• Design and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and define testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Identify and document software defects using defect tracking tools.
• Participate in test planning and test strategy discussions.
• Conduct functional, regression, and system testing.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide feedback on product usability, performance, and overall quality.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium for automation testing.
• Excellent understanding of manual testing methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
