Position: Manual Testing Engineer (IAM Testing)

Location: Ramanujan IT City, Chennai, and MindSpace Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Job Description:

As a Manual Testing Engineer specializing in IAM Testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital health solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct manual testing activities, specifically in the area of Identity Access Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and validate the functionality and security of our software applications. Good communication skills will be essential to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct manual testing activities, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
2. Specialize in Identity Access Management (IAM) Testing, ensuring the security and functionality of our software applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality aspects.
4. Design and execute test cases to validate the behavior and performance of our software applications.
5. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
6. Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback on test coverage and quality.
7. Follow industry best practices and testing standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
8. Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, escalate issues, and ensure project success.
9. Collaborate with the QA team to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in manual testing methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in Manual Testing, with specialization in Identity Access Management (IAM) Testing.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing methodologies and practices.
3. Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Experience in the healthcare or digital health domain is a plus.
