Position: Manual Tester

Job Description: As a Manual Tester at Pazo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with our development team to understand product requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and report bugs. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to think critically will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual test cases based on software requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Participate in test planning and test strategy discussions.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in test case design and execution.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• A solid understanding of manual testing techniques and best practices.
• Ability to analyze software requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Experience in executing test cases and documenting test results.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in testing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
