Position: Manual Tester – Workday Integration

Cranium IT is currently hiring for the position of Manual Tester with expertise in Workday Integration. Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday integrations.
• Design and execute test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality and accuracy of Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders, to understand integration requirements and objectives.
• Conduct testing of Workday integrations, including both inbound and outbound data flows.
• Automate Selenium scripts to automate Workday business processes and integrations.
• Write test cases to test Workday business processes and integrations, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios for Workday integration testing.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that modifications to Workday integrations do not impact existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and analyze reported defects, providing detailed bug reports and recommendations for resolution.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Workday integration testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Manual Tester, with expertise in Workday testing.
• Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing of Workday integrations.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and test scripts for Workday integrations.
• Experience in automating Selenium scripts for Workday business processes and integrations.
• Knowledge of writing test cases to test Workday business processes and integrations.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio integrations, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and core connectors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in Workday or automation testing will be a plus.
