Position: Manual Tester

Location: pan-India

As part of our continued expansion, we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Manual Testers to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of software applications to verify functionality, performance, and usability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and follow established processes for defect management.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and compatibility of software applications after changes or enhancements.
• Conduct ad-hoc testing to identify potential issues and risks in software applications.
• Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports on the quality and progress of the testing process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing activities, including defect status and overall test coverage.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in using Selenium with Java for test automation.
• Excellent understanding of test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• ISTQB certification or any relevant testing certifications would be an advantage.
• Pan-India availability and willingness to work remotely or at various client locations, as required.
