We are specifically looking for talented Manual QA professionals to join our team. If you have 2-3 years of experience in manual QA testing, possess excellent communication skills, and are a critical thinker with expertise in test case documentation, functional & regression testing, Jira, TestRail, and Mobile App Testing, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test case documentation to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Conduct functional and regression testing to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with the software specifications.
- Execute test cases and document test results, clearly articulating the issues discovered.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and TestRail to track and manage defects and testing progress.
- Perform mobile app testing to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed information to assist with bug resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and escalate any critical issues to the project management team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in manual QA testing.
- Solid understanding of test case documentation and the ability to create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and report defects effectively.
- Proficiency in functional and regression testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Jira and TestRail for defect tracking and test management.
- Experience in mobile app testing across various devices and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
