Role Summary: Accordion Technology Pvt Ltd. is conducting a walk-in drive for freshers to join our Testing Role. We are seeking candidates who are immediate joiners, have a B. Tech degree with an aggregate of above 65%, excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge in Manual Testing. The selected candidates will be required to sign a 2-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Execute manual test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and verify bug fixes.
• Adhere to testing standards and best practices.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and escalate any concerns or roadblocks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresher’s with a B. Tech degree and an aggregate of above 65%.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of Manual Testing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
