Position : Quality Specialists

Work Location: Work from Office only – Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Job Summary: We are seeking Quality Specialists In Training who will act as manual audit support for the Image Audits use case within Last Mile. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and validating solutions for externally developed products. You will work alongside the development team on client product and software projects, update/enhance our current tools, automate support processes, and document our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide manual audit support for the Image Audits use case within Last Mile.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and validate solutions for externally developed products.
• Collaborate with the development team on client product and software projects.
• Update and enhance current tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Automate support processes to streamline operations.
• Document systems and processes for future reference.
• Work in rotational shifts within a 24*7 shift environment based on business requirements.
• Have two consecutive days off on a rotational basis within a 5-day working week, subject to business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Sound problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word and Excel.
