Position: QA Analyst

Location: Pune

Position Overview: Suesys, a reputed IT solutions company, is currently seeking a talented QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in QA to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
2. Test Case Development: Design and develop test cases and test scenarios to ensure maximum test coverage and traceability.
3. Test Execution: Execute test cases and conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
4. Defect Management: Identify and document software defects using bug tracking tools. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Test Reporting: Generate test reports summarizing test results, defects, and overall software quality. Communicate findings to the project team and stakeholders.
6. Test Automation: Collaborate with the automation team to identify suitable test cases for automation. Contribute to test script development and execution.
7. Test Environment Setup: Assist in setting up and configuring test environments, including test data and test tools.
8. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and project success.
10. Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA. Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster continuous learning.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
2. Education: Any graduate from a recognized university.
3. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Experience in manual testing, test case design, and test execution.
5. Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management tools.
6. Basic knowledge of test automation tools, such as Selenium or JUnit, is a plus.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
10. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.
