Position: Jr. Salesforce Developer

Position Overview: As a Jr. Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. You will work closely with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
2. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
3. Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of code deliverables.
4. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and best practices.
5. Assist in the deployment of Salesforce applications to production environments.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring smooth functioning of the applications.
7. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry trends.
8. Document technical specifications, requirements, and processes.

Requirements:

1. Fresher to 1 year of experience in Salesforce development.
2. Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification.
3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce development.
5. Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
6. Familiarity with Salesforce administration and declarative development.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certification:

1. B.E/B.Tech or Masters Degree (2023&24 passed outs).
2. Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification.
