Position Overview: FederalSoftSystems is conducting a mass hiring off-campus drive for Java Freshers. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Developers. As a Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on Java-based projects and contribute to the development of efficient and reliable software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for 2023 B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduates with a strong foundation in Java and related technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E., B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduates from the 2023 passed-out batches.
• First-class academic performance with no backlogs.
• Candidates with knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Java Microservices will be preferred. Certification in these technologies is an added advantage.
• Good attitude and excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code to meet project requirements.
2. Software Configuration Management: Establish and manage a software configuration management system to ensure version control and code integrity.
3. System Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze system logs and take necessary measures to ensure high availability and performance of the system.
4. Testing and Simulation: Carry out simulations and tests for real jobs on the test environment to validate the functionality and performance of the software.
5. Remote Support: Provide technical assistance remotely to troubleshoot application software issues encountered by customers during installation, testing, and commissioning.
6. Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve software bugs reported by users or encountered during testing.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Freshers with a strong understanding of Java programming.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and Java Microservices is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software development.
