Position: Business Development Executive/Client Relations

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Ramy Infotech Pvt Ltd, located in Dwarka, Delhi, is currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Business Development Executive/Client Relations. We are urgently hiring for this role and welcome both experienced professionals and freshers to apply. Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  2. Business Development:
    • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify target industries and segments.
    • Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  3. Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the professional network.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and campaigns.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client feedback.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales and client retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduates in IT/CS or related fields are preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in business development or client relations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and services.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Salary will be based on experience and performance. We offer a competitive package with no bar for deserving candidates.
  • Location: The office is located in Dwarka, Delhi, near Jindal Public School and the nearest metro station is Dashrathpuri Metro Station.
  • Shift Timing: The shift timing is from 7:30 pm to 5:00 am.
  • Immediate Joining: We are looking for someone who can join us immediately.
