Job Description: As a TestComplete with Python Automation Resource at Hexaware Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement automated test scripts using TestComplete with Python, contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your hands-on experience in TestComplete with Python for at least 5 years to create robust and efficient automated test scripts.
2. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Python to enhance the automation framework and improve the efficiency of testing processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, test strategies, and schedules to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
4. Possess knowledge of different automation frameworks and implement the most suitable approach for each project.
5. Leverage your experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch and customizing them as per project requirements.
6. Conduct manual testing and participate in reviewing test cases to identify improvements and ensure accuracy.
7. Apply your expertise in Windows application automation to validate software functionality on this platform.
8. Communicate effectively in spoken and written English to articulate test results, defects, and project progress.
9. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team, paying close attention to details.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3.5 to 6 years of experience in software testing and automation.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in TestComplete with Python for at least 5 years is essential.
3. Strong working knowledge of Python programming language.
4. Proven experience in creating test plans, test strategies, and schedules.
5. Familiarity with various automation frameworks to tailor the most suitable approach for each project.
6. Experience in manual testing and the ability to review and optimize test cases.
7. Proficiency in Windows application automation.
8. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
9. A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
