💼 Job Role: Manual Test Engineer
Location: PAN India
Work Model: Remote / Hybrid / On-Site (Based on client)
Experience Range: 2 to 12 Years

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, business logic, and specifications
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
- Report, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
🧠 Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
- Ability to write comprehensive and reusable test cases
- Familiarity with defect management and test case management tools
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in domain-specific testing (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and basic API testing is a bonus
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB or other QA certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments
- Ability to work independently and in a team
