Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for both manual and automated testing.
  2. Write comprehensive test cases covering functional, cross-browser, security, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), load, and performance testing.
  3. Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of software releases, providing QA services, and coordinating QA resources.
  4. Possess good experience in automation for functionality and UI testing, and continuously improve the automation efforts.
  5. Develop and execute a regression test harness to validate new releases and automate sanity testing for ongoing projects.
  6. Conduct functional, system, and acceptance tests to verify the software meets specified requirements.
  7. Coach, train, and mentor the sales team and customers on quality assurance practices and standards.
  8. Design, develop, and execute Test Plans & Test Cases, and review all test cases and test scripts with the team to ensure quality standards are applied correctly.
  9. Efficiently manage defects, raise them, and record them effectively, working closely with the team to ensure timely resolution and retest.
  10. Establish best practices for QA activities within the team and promote continuous improvement in QA processes.
  11. Provide regular updates and risk identification for ongoing projects to management, highlighting any potential bottlenecks or issues.
  12. Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth testing and delivery of high-quality software products.

Desired Skills:

  1. 1+ years of experience in Manual testing and Automation, with a strong understanding of testing techniques and methodologies.
  2. Good knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks to lead the automation efforts effectively.
  3. Experience working with various SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  4. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively and meet project deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Defect Management and a keen eye for detail to identify and document defects accurately.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  7. Customer interaction experience is preferred, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  8. A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
