Position: QA/Test Engineer
Location: Kochi, Kerala
White Rabbit Group is actively seeking experienced QA/Test Engineers with a proficiency in Manual Testing. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. As a QA/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of project deliverables, strategizing the overall project quality, collaborating with project team members, suggesting process improvements, and adhering to defined processes and policies. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the quality of project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Plan and execute a quality strategy for the projects, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with project team members to ensure successful project execution and maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for quality process improvements and suggest enhancements.
- Follow defined processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Act as a proactive team player, communicating effectively to resolve dependencies within and outside the QA department and project teams.
- Engage in objective and data-driven conversations, prioritizing the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual Testing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience in User Interface/Design testing.
- Ability to implement test scripts to assess user experience, functionality, and performance of projects.
- Strong ability to identify defects at an early stage of the Project Lifecycle (Shift Left approach).
- Passion for improving work efficiency, such as through automation.
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to strictly adhering to processes.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
